ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

People often find it difficult to visit a gym or fitness studio for logistical or geographical reasons. This becomes an obstacle preventing them from building a sustainable fitness practice.  

Our online personal training service offers the benefits of face-to-face training for those with particularly busy schedules or those located too far away to visit our studio regularly. Wherever you are, we will work with you remotely to provide the guidance and support to help you achieve your goals.

We work online with clients in Boston, Miami, New York, Los Angeles, San Juan, London, Madrid, Seoul, Buenos Aires, Lima and Johannesburg, helping them get fit, lose weight and live a life free of pain and injury. Visit our testimonials page to find out what some of them say about us.

INITIAL ONLINE CONSULTATION

First, contact us to schedule a telephone, Skype or FaceTime consultation. In this initial meeting we will assess your physical needs, discuss achievable incremental goals, and establish the basis for a program tailored to your needs.

If you are traveling to the Boston area, we can arrange to meet in person for our initial consultation.* 

Training sessions can be designed to work with whatever equipment you have available. (We also guide clients through the process of putting together a personalised home gym that will meet their health and fitness needs now and in the future.)

*We can also make best use of your visit by scheduling multiple hours of back-to-back training (on one day or over a series of days) as a ‘personal training intensive’, and then conduct follow-up sessions online.

FOLLOW-UP ONLINE SESSIONS

After your initial consultation, we will meet regularly online to assess and review your progress. This helps clients build the necessary habitual practices of exercise and movement into every day, irrespective of location.

Currently we offer complete 12-week programs in which we cover everything you need to know to get the best results from your fitness program. We have clients who come for just program design, and then follow through with their programs on their own (either at home or in their gym), and meet online from time to time. We also have clients who meet online with us 4, 3 or 2 times per week, depending on their goals, motivation, and budget.   

We also offer clients 24- and 36-week programs (again, meeting 4, 3, or 2 times a week). Every 4 weeks we review the client's progress and update their programming to better tailor it to their developmental needs. 

These online sessions are also valuable opportunities to build and customize anti-inflammatory nutritional programs targeting pain and injury, weight-loss or athletic performance.


IN-STUDIO SESSIONS

For those in the Boston area, we offer personal and semi-private (group) training sessions in our studio in Brookline.

During a comprehensive initial consultation we will assess your physical capabilities and needs, discuss achievable incremental goals, and establish the basis for a program tailored to your needs. We are committed to taking you beyond your expectations and to challenging what you perceive to be your limitations. 

We then offer complete 12-week programs in which we cover everything you need to know to get the best results from your fitness program. We have clients who come for just program design, and then follow through with their programs on their own (either at home or in their gym). We also have clients who meet with us 4, 3 or 2 times per week, depending on their goals, motivation, and budget. We also offer clients 36- and 24-week programs (again, meeting 4, 3, or 2 times a week). Every 4 weeks we review the client's progress and update their programming to better tailor it to their developmental needs.

For those with inflexible weekday work schedules, we offer early-morning, evening and weekend sessions.
